Scott's Return

Hello All,

Now this is the email I have been waiting to right, and I am so happy I am finally getting to do it!!!! Scott is coming home on sat May 19th! I should see him at camp Lejeune at about 7:30 in the morning! Only 8 more days to go!!! I cannot beleive it. I want to thank you all again for being so supportive to both of us during this we really appreciate it!!!

So, he is already in route to come home. He is going to TQ today which is a base in Iraq where they will be debriefed for a couple days. Then he moves on to Kuwait for a couple days. Then from Kuwait he gets on a plane for the states with a stop in Ireland. He arrives in Cherry Point At 3:30 am on the 19th, which is only about 40 minutes away from Camp Lejeune.

After they unload the planes and go through customs, it should be about 7:30 am when we greet him off the bus at the good old 1/6 barracks!!! And I am so excited!!!!! We will be down in NC in our new beautiful house that is 1 1/2 blocks from the beach with a gorgouse veiw of the canal, until the first weekend in June. We will be going to Jersey for that first weekend until the 15th. Then we go on our vacation to Cabo San Lucos until the 21st. We will then be in Jersey for a couple more days before coming back to NC. He starts work again on the 26th! We are looking forward to seeing everyone! We miss and love you all... and wanna thank you again We couldnt have done it without your love support and prayers.

Be in touch,
Love
Kelly

I'm so glad he's safe and sound. Frank's cousin just returned home from Iraq as well. He was injured on his first tour but came home without a scrape this time. Good thing. Enjoy your time together! Maybe I'll be out in NJ when you guys are there!
